How to Delete Your Account
Account deletion is initiated from within the Incito app. Open the app, go to your profile, and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the menu.
What Happens After Deletion
Your account will be deactivated immediately and you will not be able to log back in.
Once the deletion is processed:
- Your profile details (name, email, photo) will be permanently removed
- Photos and videos you uploaded to events will be deleted
- You will be removed from all clubs and events
- Your push notification and login tokens will be deleted
Data That May Be Retained
In some cases, limited information may be retained even after account deletion:
- Events you created will remain visible to other attendees (your name will no longer be shown)
- Anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you
- Data required to comply with legal obligations
